How the work runs

Every engagement runs on clear documentation, defined deliverables, accessibility-aware design, and measurable outcomes. We scope in writing, deliver against a schedule, and report progress in terms a program manager can forward without translation.

Learning and software are one practice here, not two vendors. The team that designs the training also builds the platform that delivers it, so nothing is lost in a handoff.
